Any personal information you provide to us on our web site is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems. We collect information when you register or place an order, shop online, or participate in a sweepstakes, contest, promotion or survey. This information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, billing and shipping address, credit card information and phone number.

BodyBagMMA will not sell, rent or share your email address with third parties to send you unsolicited email. When you place an order on bodybagwear.com, we use this information to process and track your order and contact you via email, postal mail or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. If you provide an email address during checkout, you will also receive order and shipping confirmation emails. In the unlikely event of the sale of our business, BodyBagMMA may disclose your personal information to a purchaser that agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if required to do so by law, governmental request or court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order or to protect the users of our web site or the public. At various points on our site you have the option to join our email list and receive information about our products, services and offers. Also, if you provide us with your email address either on the home page, when you register, place an order, enter a contest or during checkout, you may automatically be added to our email list and receive marketing or promotional information from us. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days to remove you from our marketing email lists. If you opt-out from our marketing emails, you will continue to receive order and shipping confirmation emails and all other emails relating to your order(s).

BodyBagMMA is concerned about the privacy of young children and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from a child under 13. We do not sell products for purchase by children and all children's products we sell are for purchase by adults only. While we implement these security measures on our site, please note that 100% security is not always possible.

We recommend that you carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. Select the shipping option that best meets your needs.

We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. You may return unused items for a refund, or exchange within 14 days* from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the receipt along with the unused product and original packaging. For any item purchased through Internet please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail

1. Complete the section of your invoice titled Exchange/Return form. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items.

2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.

3. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING IN THE US:

You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10am CST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 10am CST through Friday 10am CST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 10am CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Either option may be selected when you add an item to your shopping bag. If you've registered with us, we can also save additional addresses for you just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.

If you're sending a gift, we can remove pricing information on the package receipt.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

For Canadian orders, add $5 to the shipping and handling chart above. Please allow 10-12 days from the date your order was placed. Shipments to P.O. boxes, the Yukon and Northwest Territories are shipped via Canada Post. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to handling of duty and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, but we can send your package in three business days for an extra charge of $17.00.

Prices are stated in US dollars. If paying by credit card, your order will be automatically charged to your account in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate (including all duty and taxes). Checks or money orders must be in US dollars.
